Yoga

Yoga does more than tone muscles and burn calories. It's a mind-body workout that combines a continuous flow of strengthening and stretching poses with deep, synchronized breath. Here at Crisp, we offer heated vinyasa yoga, a series of flowing poses practiced in a room about 90-95 degrees. The heat allows you to gain more flexibility than at room temperature. It also increases heart rate, providing a stronger cardiovascular workout. Our yoga classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp classes feature a wide variety of interval training, a series of low- to high-intensity workouts with periods of rest in between. Any given class will include some combination of cardio, weight training, core strength work, and stretching. Boot camp workouts can improve endurance, fight body fat, and increase strength.

Pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and restore with Pilates at Crisp. From small-group Reformer sessions to Hot, Power, and Mat Pilates, plus high-energy Reformer Jump, our expert instructors guide all levels in a supportive, challenging environment.

Hustle

Hustle is a class that uses the circuit format to get the most out of your cardio stations. We incorporate treadmills, rowers, stationary bikes, heavy bags, battle ropes, and more! Get ready to get the maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time!

FAQs

  • Arrive about 10 minutes early, check in with our front desk, and get settled. You’ll remove outdoor shoes and grab sneakers or sticky socks, depending on your class. Most importantly, get ready to discover your new favorite workout — our instructors and community will make you feel right at home.

  • Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend reserving through MINDBODY to secure your spot — especially for high-demand classes and times, like Pilates Reformer, Boot Camp, and Heated Vinyasa Yoga.

  • All of our offerings can be modified for new clients. Yoga is a great place to start if you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, while Hustle and Boot Camp offer scalable cardio and strength workouts.

  • For most classes, bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. For yoga, bring a mat if you have one (we have extras). Grip socks are recommended for Reformer Pilates.

  • Yes! In addition to fitness classes, we offer Sauna sessions and compression therapy to help you recover, relax, and recharge.
