
Boot Camp Classes at Crisp
Our Boot Camp program is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone and deliver results. Each class combines interval training — alternating periods of high and low intensity — with strength work, cardio, and recovery. The result: improved endurance, reduced body fat, and increased overall strength.
At Crisp, we offer several types of Boot Camp classes, all taught in a supportive, high-energy environment:
Boot Camp – Classic interval-based training with a blend of cardio, weights, core, and stretching.
Metabolic Boot Camp – A resistance-based approach that maximizes calorie burn during and after class using compound movements. High energy with minimal jumping or plyometrics.
Fire & Flow – A heated class that blends power yoga with HIIT using kettlebells, weights, and bands. Expect challenging, heart-pumping sequences and plenty of sweat.
Fusion Hustle + Boot – Start with 30 minutes of Hustle cardio circuits followed by 45 minutes of Boot Camp strength training. A fan favorite for a complete 75-minute workout.

Boot Camp FAQs

Standard Boot Camp and Metabolic Boot Camp are about 45–50 minutes. Fire & Flow is also around 50 minutes. Fusion Hustle + Boot runs a full 75 minutes.
