Hustle Cardio Classes at Crisp

Hustle is Crisp’s newest cardio experience — designed to deliver the maximum calorie burn in the shortest time. Using a circuit format, Hustle classes combine treadmills, rowers, stationary bikes, heavy bags, battle ropes, and more to keep your heart rate up and your energy high.

We offer several ways to Hustle:

  • Hustle – A fast-paced cardio circuit with high variety, designed for maximum calorie burn.

  • HustleUP – Hustle cardio followed by a targeted upper body and core finale.

  • Fusion Hustle + Boot – 30 minutes of Hustle plus a full 45-minute Boot Camp for heart-pumping cardio and strength training all in one.

These classes are accessible for all levels. Whether you’re new to cardio training or a seasoned athlete, our instructors will help you adjust the intensity to fit your goals.

Crisp Classes serves Scarborough, the Greater Portland area, and Southern Maine, offering Hustle as a fun, challenging way to get stronger and feel unstoppable.

Hustle FAQs

  • Hustle uses a mix of cardio and strength stations including treadmills, rowers, stationary bikes, heavy bags, battle ropes, and more.

  • Not at all! Hustle is scalable — our instructors help you adjust intensity and resistance to match your fitness level.

  • Hustle is pure cardio circuits. HustleUP adds an upper body and core finisher. Fusion Hustle + Boot pairs Hustle cardio with 45 minutes of Boot Camp strength training.

  • Hustle is 45 minutes, HustleUp is 60 minutes and Fusion Hustle/Boot is 75 minutes

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also reserve a spot through MINDBODY.
