At Crisp Classes, our yoga program offers something for everyone — from heated Vinyasa flows to relaxing Yin-inspired sessions. Each class is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance in both body and mind.
Our yoga offerings:
Heated Vinyasa Yoga – An invigorating flow practiced in a heated room (95–99 degrees, 50% humidity). The warmth supports flexibility, circulation, and detoxification through sweat, while flowing sequences emphasize strength, balance, and mindfulness. All levels are welcome.
Yoga Sculpt – Add light weights (1–5 lbs) to your Vinyasa flow for a total-body workout. Build strength, tone muscles, and increase mobility as you move through energizing, strength-infused sequences.We’ll often incorporate a heavier weight briefly to target larger muscle groups, adding an extra challenge. Expect heart-pumping playlists and rhythm-driven flows that will keep your energy high from start to finish.
Power & Pause – Begin with 35 minutes of heated Power Vinyasa flow to build strength and stamina, then transition into 25 minutes of grounding, Yin-inspired postures. The perfect class for ending your day with both fire and calm.
FlowYin – A blend of 35 minutes of dynamic power flow (with core work) followed by 25 minutes of restorative supine postures. Slightly warmed room, ending with a rewarding savasana.
Fire & Flow – A heated class that blends power yoga with HIIT using kettlebells, weights, and bands. Expect challenging, heart-pumping sequences and plenty of sweat.

Heated Vinyasa classes run at 95–99 degrees with humidity around 50%. FlowYin is slightly warmer than room temperature, while Yoga Sculpt and Power & Pause may vary based on format.

Yes! All levels are welcome. Instructors offer modifications and support so beginners feel comfortable while more advanced yogis can deepen their practice.

A yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Mats are available if you don’t have your own. Light weights (1–5 lbs) are provided for Yoga Sculpt.

Power & Pause is a heated class with 35 minutes of strong flow and 25 minutes of Yin-inspired postures. FlowYin blends power flow with a restorative finish, in a slightly warmed room.
