Our Classes

Yoga

Yoga does more than tone muscles and burn calories. It's a mind-body workout that combines a continuous flow of strengthening and stretching poses with deep, synchronized breath. Here at Crisp, we offer heated vinyasa yoga, a series of flowing poses practiced in a room about 90-95 degrees. The heat allows you to gain more flexibility than at room temperature. It also increases heart rate, providing a stronger cardiovascular workout. Our classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Bootcamp

Our Boot Camp classes feature a wide variety of interval training, a series of low- to high-intensity workouts with periods of rest in between. Any given class will include some combination of cardio, weight training, core strength work, and stretching. Boot camp workouts can improve endurance, fight body fat, and increase strength.

Cycle

Cycling boasts a litany of wellness benefits: It builds muscle, increases endurance, relieves stress, and burns more calories than most other workouts. It also has a very low risk of injury. At Crisp, our lively, supportive instructors lead you through a vigorous, high-powered routine on the best stationary bikes available. The music is loud and the results are empowering.

Whether you're seeking general fitness, more targeted exercise, or restorative care, personal training can deliver a customized workout that will deliver results. Our certified trainers are experts at working with clients of all levels.

Book a Class

We are keeping a close eye on CDC recommendations and adjusting accordingly as we go. Our first priority is to keep you safe. Right now that means smaller class sizes and lots of cleaning! This requires close management of "people-flow," so sign-ups are required and there is a 12-hour cancellation policy.
