Forearm Stand Tutorial

Our beloved cycle instructor Robbie let us know yesterday that one of his New Year’s goals is to learn forearm stand. Deb and Brad are here for you Robbie 😉 They are showing us their favorite ways to warm up for forearm stand and they give us two different ways to come into the final pose.
