COVID-19 Policy Update

So much has changed in the past year, yet so much seems familiar. Last year at this time, we were given the word that we would soon be able to open our doors to our clients again after 2 1/2 months of being closed. We were excited and ready for the transition, but had our clients’ safety and comfort at the VERY top of our priorities. Fast forward a year and we are in a similar place, with big changes happening. Per the CDC and Governor Mills, starting next Monday, May 24th, you can go maskless inside if you are fully vaccinated. In addition, all capacity limits and social distancing requirements have been lifted. (Visit www.maine.gov/covid19 to read all the guidelines from the CDC and Gov. Mills).

With cautious optimism, Crisp will be following these new guidelines. Starting May 24, all vaccinated clients can be maskless indoors at Crisp. That said, we will be keeping the indoor classes capped and socially distanced in order to keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable. We will increase class sizes a bit, but you will still have more than enough of your own personal space while practicing yoga or doing bootcamp. If you would like to continue to wear your mask, we welcome you to do so and will still have masks available at the front desk. Our goal is for Crisp to continue to be a safe and comfortable space for all and we ask your support in this. If you wear a mask, please respect the people who do not. If you don’t wear a mask, please respect the people who do. We love you, Crispers, and couldn’t think of better people to be with on this rollercoaster of a year! Thank you for your spirit, support, and adaptability.
