Strength + Stretching

Yoga does more than tone muscles and burn calories. It's a mind-body workout that combines a continuous flow of strengthening and stretching poses with deep, synchronized breath. Here at Crisp, we offer heated vinyasa yoga, a series of flowing poses practiced in a room about 90-95 degrees. The heat increases your pulse rate and metabolism, allowing you to gain more flexibility than at room temperature. It also increases heart rate, providing a stronger cardiovascular workout. Our classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
