THE BALANCED ATHLETE (tm) 2 HR INTENSIVE w/ JACQUI BONWELL
Saturday Sept 7th, 4pm-6pm
It’s important to know all the parts of the car, but way more important to be able to drive it. Learn how to drive, not just name parts of the car (anatomy), as well as what a good mechanic (skilled trainer in Functional Movement Patterns) can offer in your Yoga classes!! A whole different idea of AUTO BODY!
THE SACRED SEEDS YOGA INTENSIVE w/ JACQUI BONWELL

In 2011 Jacqui developed the science and theory behind exactly why and how she sequences a Yoga class. She developed 8 specific "threads", or pieces" that weave together to produce a class of utmost healing value for a human being. A calculated formula to maximize the alignment of the 19 links of your kinetic chain, the 7 Major Chakras and 21 Minor Chakras of the energetic body and the incorporation of chanting, diaghramatic breathing and the use of your eyes inward and outward during class for the ultimate mental organization. Jacqui aims to make the work of the class echo through your day and through your family and friends by teaching you how to properly fill your cup up. Strengthen your home practice by knowing how & what to to sequence.
HOW TO DEVELOP BUDDHA'S BRAIN w/ JACQUI BONWELL

Equip yourself with knowledge of the brain and how to effectively teach meditation. Techniques, good verbal strategies and concrete plans to guide someone (especially yourself) through a powerful mental journey that truly echos through their nervous system! Reviewing the works of one Dr. Rick Hansen and several others who chime in on the practice, hindrances and great benefits of meditation.
THE CHAKRA CLEANSE LEVEL ONE w/ JACQUI BONWELL

This class will take you through the 7 major centers of the emotional blueprint that your physical body houses. Your biography becomes your biology. Educate yourself so that you put way more Y in OM! This is Jacqui's signature vinyasa chakra cleanse that has been informing the Yoga masses of the importance of using the strengths of your natural, emotional alignment for your much greater physical and mental organization.
YOGA TUNE UP w/ ALYSSA PRETTYMAN Guesting from CA!!

This class incorporates modern posture / movement strategies, ball rolling and self massage, and deep relaxation to help students identify any “issues in their tissues” and learn targeted strategies to tune up their yoga practice. Very much like a mini workshop, this class is designed for all levels to come, learn, explore and enjoy.
