Can't decide whether to focus on strength or cardio? Why not both. We're thrilled to offer fusion classes — in fact, our fusion model is a big reason we dreamed Crisp into life. It simply makes sense to combine efforts. Thus, we offer boot-yoga class (45 minutes of boot camp followed by 45 minutes of yoga) and cycling-boot class (45 minutes of cycling followed by 45 minutes of boot camp). You're going to love our "Fusion Fridays!"
